User Data Deletion Agreement
At Condor Golf, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal information. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, the following terms apply:

Users must contact Condor Golf directly to request account and data deletion.
Requests must be sent via email to support@condorgolf.ai using the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Verification
To protect user privacy, we may require identity verification before processing any deletion request.
3. Scope of Deletion
Upon confirmation, Condor Golf will delete your account and associated personal information from our active systems.
Certain data may be retained if required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), or as part of system backups. Backup data will be purged in accordance with our standard retention schedule.
4. Timeline
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days of confirmation.
